These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 747-9, the operator of the 747-9.vip online gaming platform ("747-9," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the 747-9 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific products or promotions.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Access to 747-9 and participation in any game, bet, or promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR. 747-9 strictly prohibits access by minors and actively employs age-verification measures.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using 747-9 is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 747-9 complies with applicable local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal account: You must be registering and operating the account for your own personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Excluded persons: You must not be on any self-exclusion register, be subject to any restriction order, or be excluded from gaming activities by any competent authority.

To access 747-9's full range of services, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 747-9 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. 747-9 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify 747-9 immediately via live chat or email upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.
• Account closure by player: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting 747-9 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding balance in compliance with verification requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 747-9 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal transactions and at other intervals as determined by our compliance team.

KYC ("Know Your Customer") verification requires you to submit the following documentation:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys (National ID), GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your government ID, confirming that the photo on the document matches the person submitting the verification.

747-9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account restrictions and suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

747-9 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

• Minimum deposit: The current minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum amounts are subject to change and the current applicable minimum is displayed within your account's deposit interface.
• Deposit processing: E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank and interbank clearing schedules.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 747-9 does not accept deposits in foreign currency directly. Any currency conversion costs are your sole responsibility.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 747-9 account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal activity. 747-9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit volumes.
• Declined deposits: 747-9 is not responsible for deposits declined by your payment provider. Transaction fees charged by external payment providers are separate from any 747-9 transaction processing.

Subject to account verification and compliance with these Terms, eligible players may withdraw available balances to their registered payment method at any time.

• Minimum withdrawal: The current minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• KYC requirement: Full KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 747-9 processes withdrawals 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment provider availability. 747-9 reserves the right to apply alternative payment methods where your nominated method is unavailable.
• Pending wager requirements: Active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met. Real-money balances not subject to wagering conditions are freely withdrawable subject to verification requirements.

747-9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in amount or frequency, which may result in a temporary hold while the review is conducted.

747-9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, and to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be utilized within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus credit and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry of the validity period.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other game categories may contribute at different rates, as specified in individual promotion terms. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically permitted by their respective terms.
• Abuse and collusion: 747-9 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate related winnings from any account where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotions is suspected or confirmed. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets between accounts, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements.

747-9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players.

All games available on 747-9 are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface, in addition to the following general conditions:

• RNG certification: All non-live games on 747-9 use random number generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized third-party auditing bodies. Live dealer games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider and conducted in real time.
• Bet confirmation: Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of an acknowledgment from 747-9's system. Incomplete bets — whether due to connection failure, system error, or otherwise — may not be honored. In the event of a dispute, 747-9's system logs shall be the final authoritative record.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or system error affecting game outcome or wager settlement, 747-9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Sports betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflicting interpretation, the sportsbook rules take precedence over general game rules for sports betting transactions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747-9 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or at any point during your use of 747-9.
• Operating more than one (1) player account on the 747-9 platform, regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with 747-9 in any manner, including for game play, bet placement, or bonus harvesting.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategy with other players for the purpose of exploiting the platform or circumventing normal risk management.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 747-9 platform software. Any player who identifies a technical error is obligated to report it to support immediately rather than continuing to exploit it.
• Using 747-9 for any money laundering activity or for the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of criminal origin, in violation of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related legislation.
• Accessing 747-9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward 747-9 staff or other players.

747-9 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements (including age requirements).
• Instruction from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or a competent regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity, subject to our dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 747-9 will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within a reasonable period and to communicate the outcome to the account holder. Any funds determined to be legitimately owned by the account holder, after deduction of applicable processing costs, will be returned following a completed investigation where no fraud or breach of these Terms is established.

747-9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some players, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

747-9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every player account:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which the platform will automatically log them out.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Cooling-off period: Players may take a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting and deposit functionality is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 747-9. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are enforced across all account access points. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

All content on the 747-9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 747-9 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 747-9 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 747-9 content without prior written authorization.

The 747-9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 747-9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• 747-9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.
• 747-9 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, 747-9's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 747-9 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. 747-9 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, the operation of the 747-9 platform, or any game or transaction conducted on the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 747-9's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the customer support live chat available 24/7 on the platform.

If the internal dispute process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

747-9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the 747-9 platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered players via email or account notification.

The effective date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 747-9 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using 747-9 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
